Skill Points Missing?

On the Liver server, I have the 1st skill maxed out in Ledgerman (it improves sneaking) on my main. On PTS server, I have no skill points in my Ledgerman for the 1st one (again it is the one for improving sneaking). Where did my skill points go? I am missing more skill points?
Is there an easy (and free) way to see how many skill points a character have?

It been maxed even since Justice System been out. Year and a half ago.0 -

✭I would like to compare the total amount of skill points that I have on Live to what the total I have on PTS on the same char. I do not know who to do it on Live with out costing an arm and a leg in game gold or with real money. I do not want to respect my Live char to see how many skill points that she has.0 -

✭I got the superstar addon. I was right. On the liver server, I have 273 skill points. On the PTS, (same character), it shows that I have 268 skill points.
