Someone always snares me or uses mage light, but I never saw Crown get caught by that. I see him make 200k per hour average, and I can't get better then 110k and only sometimes when population is medium but running back after dying takes up some time, so is that probably why?
@leepalmer95 Actually, I quit playing about 2 weeks before Sypher decided to start his crap festival, and was happily playing Paragon with friends when that all started. If I recall correctly, Slaxis, Vandstyle, Reften, Morozov, and I were celebrating our Silver rank group winning against Fengrush and four of his friends who were all Platinum or Diamond rank around that time.leepalmer95 wrote: »If your talking about the whole crown Farming 200k ap and hour on a resource, it's a lie. The pug was getting friends to go on other alliances and then for them to suicide on a resource so he could get the kill ap and the resource ap. @Sypher Called him out on it and the guy promised to post a video, he was never seen again. Likely left due to embarrassment.
@Eliavareth I'm not sure how much the game has changed in the past 6 months since I stopped playing, though what you saw me do back then will probably not work as well these days.Eliavareth wrote: »Someone always snares me or uses mage light

This guy is asking about exactly those videos that were posted in the Resilient guild info to show people with decent interpersonal communications skills and who can show respect to their peers my methods of farming AP. I took quite of few people with me farming who saw, learned and benefited from our theory crafting and execution - many of whom got their Emperor achievements from those 1-200k/hour farms.
You should consider how much AP it takes to hit AR50, how long it takes to make, and would any normal group of "friends" actually want to feed at a resource - which incidentally would show crossed swords on a map and draw attention, so wouldn't last longer than a few minutes if you tried. We've broken up quite a few "kill your friends on alts" parties on campaign reset days. As much as you'd love to claim that the high AP earners do that, they might get away with it for 10-15 minutes, but not for hours.@Eliavareth I'm not sure how much the game has changed in the past 6 months since I stopped playing, though what you saw me do back then will probably not work as well these days.Eliavareth wrote: »Someone always snares me or uses mage light
Back then very few people were using mage light or flare, whereas now it seems very common. I logged in last weekend to be social and mess around, and while it's very obvious that I'm very out of practice, I could see that the NB bomb builds aren't as good as they used to be. I still made some great plays, but wasn't able to escape as much.
In those vids you can also see how much I roll dodge to get out of snares. I'm not sure what has changed, though my stamina management is really, really horrible right now in the same gear with similar (as far as I can remember) champion points.
Look at the video titled "Cliff Diving" at about 10 minutes in, or "Spring Control" at about 6 minutes in. Both of those methods will probably work best to push your AP farming higher, though it tended to be better if you're not on a very busy map. If you're in a pop-locked time of day, don't even bother.
I log in a few times a week, so if you catch me online just holler in Resilient guild chat and we can run together for a bit.
