Shutdown ESO via Quit button - application hanging - PC EU W10 64-bit

Sometimes when I log out and press properly Quit ESO keeps hanging.
I need to force myself to Task Manager End Task, and even that doesn't work always. So in the end I'm required to Log Off my Windows account, and startup again.
