Sometimes when I log out and press properly Quit ESO keeps hanging.
I need to force myself to Task Manager End Task, and even that doesn't work always. So in the end I'm required to Log Off my Windows account, and startup again.

Durnik✭✭✭✭Happening to me also. Recent new install on Win 10 x64 (was on Win 8.1 x64 and it didn't happen).
