Achivment Cradle of Shadows problem

I did all the achievements of cradle of shadows to achieve skin with my NB yesterday
when I got the achieving exterminator the one you need to make the dungeon in less than 30 minutes I disconnect by connection problems in the last seconds and received the exterminator achievement but it not figure on cradle of shadows challenger achivment
the same thing happened with the achivment velidreth is vengance becose we make hard mode and exterminatori at same time.
i make a ticket but ZOS dont responde correctli they
send me a generic respons like if they did not read what i was saying
