New ESO player looking for friendly guild with zero attendance requirements...

Hey all,
I'm new to ESO and love the game so far. I'm looking for a friendly guild with older players. I'm older than most people that play this game and have a full time job during the day. Nights are spent between my family, working on the house, walking our dog, staying current with my IT job, playing when time permits. I want to get involved in dungeons, but am very apprehensive about joining PUGs being new to the game. I'm down-to-earth and think I'd make a good asset overall, but I'm not interested in power-hungry politics where attendance is required. I play the game for fun and would really like to keep it that way. Thanks!
