In that case u can just leave the game. Cheat engine is here to stay.
Is the upcoming dueling feature going to be open world? Could the enforcer system still be in their thoughts and could this be the prototype? Cop and robbers is fun! CMON MAKE THE ENFORCER SYSTEM REAL!

Yep not interested in the dueling either but guess we will get people annoyed that you won't duel themaubrey.baconb16_ESO wrote: »White wabbit wrote: »Oh well be prepaid to be trolled because you won't duel someone
I didn't want anything to do with duelling anyway but if you're willing to pay beforehand to troll me if I don't, then I definitely won't. Troll away please.

I believe the Justice System is getting some really solid ground for implementation with this next update.
First there is the zone scaling, which puts all players on a level playing field.
Then there are duels, where we will see how well certain classes and builds work, some balance may be underway.
Once the duels come live, people will have two less arguments against PvP Justice: immersion and performance.

If you know much about the scaling then you know that it's not really balance. It makes it so low levels have a better chance but it really doesn't balance the game out.

With this barrier finally crossed they might do it, though hopefully the PVP in PVE area's does not murder the performance for the rest of us.
B ) ZoS actually enforces permanent bans (see cheat engine as proof and users unbanned) IN GAME, as the forums they actually mean PERMANENT BAN (completely backwards).

It's ok to cheat and exploit, you just can't talk about it!
I like the idea of Dueling and not changing the Justice system. I can use the Dueling system to help improve my PVP skills as a choice. I don't wan't to be ganked by some iggit becuz I have a bounty from thieving. Stealing and murder are part of the game, especially with TG and DB. I don't want to allow other players to interfere with how I play that aspect of the game becuz it would be fun for them. It would not be fun for me, unless I agree to it.
Just as long as I can opt out... same way I will be opting out from duelling.
Please do not force your playstyle to other people. Me (and others, according to the comments on many similar threads) like the justice system in its present state.

Looks like we have somebody who uses cheat engine. Who else would defend the fact that it's here to stay?

no, you are wrong. i stay here cuz i love the game (fading as of late if im honest), and i agree with the person saying cheat engine is here to stay as are exploits, and no im not throwing myself under the bus fir saying that, I dont use cheat engine or abuse exploits but im not naive enough to believe:
A ) Cheat engine is gone and we should all rejoice.
B ) ZoS actually enforces permanent bans (see cheat engine as proof and users unbanned) IN GAME, as the forums they actually mean PERMANENT BAN (completely backwards).
C ) Either of the above will be true anytime soon. i.e. cheat engine is no longer able to be used and zos actually enforcing permanent bans for cheat engine or exploiting.......
So thats my two cents. im here until i cant take the downward trend on their tos and sticking to their decisions on bans.
edit: i do however really hope it all gets corrected, and to zos credit they have been trying and going in the right direction so lets hope they keep stepping it up.
I believe the Justice System is getting some really solid ground for implementation with this next update.

You're in old orsinium, you see a columbine right in front of you, another guy also sees that columbine, he/she challenges you to a duel, you accept. Who ever wins gets that columbine.
Things like this will happen lmao. Even if you're a carebear, please don't turn on auto decline, you'll have fun.

I will be having fun as I pick up the columbine while the other player is to busy spamming the dueling button as mine will be off
