[Visual Bugs] Teeth/Gums Popping Through Face & Stuck Angry Expression

I just wanted to report a visual bug wherein my character's teeth and gums pop out through her cheeks near the corners of her mouth when she has an unhappy or angry expression. See images below.
Additionally, I imagine people have already reported this, but since the last patch I've noticed that my characters have an extremely angry expression on logon which I have to actively change to neutral - it's like the faces are stuck (I do not have a personality equipped).
Anyone else having these issues?
