Everyone has 999+ ping on PC/NA atm

That's interesting because the same thing happens to me in PvP. Completely smooth until someone decides to target me to attack me and then it's a lag spike every time. It hasn't always been like this, but with the way it is currently it's rather difficult to survive if someone is hellbent on killing me. Though, it does somewhat print when I'm about to be attacked and when the lag starts if I preemptively dodge roll and such I can usually come out of encounters not too worse for wear.

It happens when I attack someone as well. Though, not when other people attack others. It's bizarre.

Oh and ZOS, it's not my PC by the way, to completely rule that out: i7 4930k, GTX Titan Black 6GB, 32GB RAM, 1TB Samsung EVO SSD @ 1GB/s.

In PvP it doesn't spike up to 999+ though. It goes to more like 300's to 500's, which is a huge difference when it's usually in the 50's and 60's.

The 999+ lag for me, when it happens, seems as if it's a completely separate issue. I'm not sure if the two things are unrelated. If I had to speculate I'd guess their server has a harder time processing certain things after whatever they changed to it. Combat, and perhaps banks, stores, and what have you. It's only a random guess, of course.

I haven't really seen anyone else in Cyrodiil complaining about the same thing though, although it would make more sense why more people are complaining about macro users and animation canceling in PvP as of late. A lot of people may not realize their ping is shooting up when someone targets them and it will make the (albeit already kinda broken) animation canceling assault seem even faster.

Still getting high PR in AD Hew's Bane. Spikes up to 500-7000. Then hits 9999 and logs me out.

I can even do vMA with any semblence of joy now with the freaking dumb ping. Every time I die is because I can't cast anything, my guy can't dodge roll, or everyone is bouncing everywhere. The game hurts to play at this point, my body...

Problem is still here. Am I the only one left having this issue? My PR still spikes any where from 500-9999 no matter what area or character I am in.

I'm still having massive lag spikes since the august patch.....anyone else?

Yes and when u post that the Admins move your thread ive posted two threads stating the issue & saying that i am gettin kicked to log in screen its happened like 7 times now in last 30 Minutes the game is unplayable.

Yes same with me. Usually OK, but sometimes dungeons can get extremely laggy even with nothing going on. It is strange because most times I am in heavily populated areas like Mournehold with no issues before porting to the dungeon.
