Everyone has 999+ ping on PC/NA atm

Same story here getting +999 in Reapers March trying to move my toons out of there now.

Pretty much, and it's a damn shame. I had a great group of guildies that I loved playing with and I still talk to them in our guild site, but it just isn't worth paying/playing unless Zeni gets their crap together.

Status here: After leaving the game for a day to let u guys time to fix the massive problems I just logged in and tried to feed a horse ...press E ...no reaction. After 45 seconds I got kicked.
Its nice that Zenimax communicates here in forum, but in my opinion its time for an official management and communication.

I also have atrocious lag. Logged off for the night. PC / NA, last area was Reapers March, Fort Grimwatch(sp?)

I logged off around 9PM eastern in Stonefalls and everything was fine. I just now logged back on, which took a while, and the latency meter is showing 999+ and it's unplayable. Finally managed to wayshrine out of that mess and over to The Rift and it seems fine there. LotRO seems to be working. Guess I can play that.

logged out, this sucks, 400+ ping spikes every 5-10 seconds, completely unplayable, network/isp tests good, hardware tests good. my ping is always <90, ping checks fine in test and in other games, hardware checks fine. the game is unplayable as it is. really a shame. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom any updates?

I'm also having issues, massive lag spikes over 8k ms, then without any lag spikes fights in Veteran Maw of Lorkhaj just turn to molassass. Skills are firing and animating super slow, people are dead but floating around and moving. It's a terrible mess.

It's okay, I'm sure ZOS will just sit in a corner and pinch their eyes shut, hoping the lag will just get bored and leave on its own.

*Edit* I still fail to see how anyone is surprised to be honest, this kind of bullcrap is why I left.

PC/NA(West Coast)/DC. I'm experiencing the same thing. Higher than average ping with spikes of 6000ms+

Just logged on from USA. Initial ping was 6000. Yeah. Then it popped up to 10k. Seriously.

So, for laughs, I tried to submit a ticket. The game booted me as soon as I selected the button.

I had posted this in another thread similar to this one, but this seems the most relevant place to post.

I'm having this exact same issue and many others in game are as well. This isn't something related to certain individuals, this is server side. @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom can you please have someone check into this. Submitting a support ticket and getting a generic response is not going to cut it.

I spend way too much money on this game to not be able to play because the server can't support the load capacity.

the fps problems = server overload
lag problems = server overload
stutter = server overload
1+1=2
server problems + money = new server provider
pls. not that hard to make things work.

In Davon's Watch 11:40 pm and ping was 15,500. Gave up and logged off after submitting a ticket. Could not even play.

Can't even get into the game. I go through the log in screen and then get stuck on a load screen until it goes black.

Ok had this happen 2x today with 2 different groups about 3 hours apart. Other group members said they had had it happen multiple times as well.
In group for dungeon(starting from mournhold). We qued into dungeon. Loong loading screen. End up right back in mournhold. Only everyone has vanished and we can only see other group members. We can talk amongst each other but can't do anything and everyone else in game have vanished. After about 4-5minutes of standing around we are instantly ported into dungeon.
Happened twice to me exaclrly the same way.

Can confirm that ZOS do play the game as both Rich and Brian stream it on occasion.

Yes, we do, and we also noticed the issue last night. As far as requesting that you submit a ticket (which we encourage everyone to do if you haven't already), each ticket gives us a dump of information that we use to triage the issue at hand, which helps us fix it faster.

We know this is frustrating, but please know we're working hard to make sure this gets addressed.

Is this issue happening on console as well? The past day and a half the lag has been even worse than normal in areas.
