Loading Screen Problems

Hi I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to fix a problem. When I type in my user name and password I get the loading screen and nothing else. It never gets to the character screen. I am putting the game on a new laptop. Ive ran the repair options and put all settings to the lowest they can go but no success. I have also updated my drivers.
Any ideas on what else to do. Thank you

Normally, if you wait long enough you should get an error though. I experienced it once, but with the 2nd try I could enter the Character Menu screen.
I guess will be a time out error, but you could contact Support with it. Did ESO work on your older computer?
