Well, I am based in "that North" of the UK, but I travel a lot, so can get anywhere. Even to Bristol where I have never, ever been!

Lovely idea Cazzy

This one is a little to far away to attend (far down south on tip of Africa) but here a few ideas for those who far apart but want to share in the fun. We had a get together in a few cities at the same time and then arranged that some there was a video link up so could at least see what was happening in all the different places. It means no one is on their own at any given site and you can also touch bases with others all over.

Wish you all the best with this and am sure will be the first of many interesting events.

Erm, well yeah if I can. Birmingham makes the most sense but it really depends on how many weirdos are going, if it's less than a handful it's not worth bothering.

On the south coast, in sunny (almost unbearable at the moment when in work) Brighton.

Like the idea as all the official gatherings seem to be in US but would have to see how works out with distance / dates / family & most importantly, cash.

But it would probably confirm beyond any doubt to my children that I am a lost cause / sad git.

So am in favour of it obviously.
