I submitted this ticket a few days ago. I received a reply that the customer traffic was too high and if I wanted to keep the ticket open I should reply to the mail. I replied to the mail but since then every time I request an update to the issue - I receive the message that my email address is not associated with the account.
I have only one gmail account and so far as I can tell, your system confuses the way gmail IDs are identified. It is common knowledge that only letters and numbers matter in a gmail account and punctuation marks used as word separators like dots or + or - function as mail sorting features, etc so (xyz123@gmail.com = xyz.123@gmail.com = xyz123+1@gmail.com).
Please look into this issue and as I cannot update this ticket using my email, please also resolve my support ticket.
