I purchased Elder Scrolls Online for Xbox One couple of weeks ago. I install the game and started playing without realizing that I got an email about verifying my account. I didn't get it till after 3 days and it had expired. I used the option to automatically be sent a new one, when I got to it it asked me for my birthday after putting my birthdate in it just kept refreshing on the same page. your support team has sent me two new account verification emails but neither worked they allowed me to input all my information but after clicking create account it took me to the same page to enter birth date. after putting in my birthdate it just kept refreshing on the same page. today is August 16th and I just installed the update and now I am not able to login I assume due to the fact that my account has not been verified. I'm enjoying this game very much and I would appreciate some help with this issue. Again your prompt response to this issue would be greatly appreciated and I would like to get this figured out without having to reinstall the game.

    as I said before I have been through this all before. with support through ESO help@ help mail. using email. I am unable to submit a ticket through the link you gave me. as I do not have a username and password because I have not had my account verified. I spent a few days trying to get this figured out before only to give up because the game was working. I was hoping I might be able to get some better help through here. the in-game ticket number I have from before is #160725-001475.
    The bethesda.net ticket number I have is #160726-002011. neither help me get anywhere, and both closed the ticket without anything being done to correct the problem. I really do require better support than that. I certainly do not mean to be rude, sisters promise been going on for a while and I have gotten no help. please do whatever is necessary to help me with this I am willing to work with you with whatever I can. I saw with other issues sometimes you need a new email to use to send the verification to I have one through Outlook. I'm very sorry for putting up personal information. it will not happen again. please help me.

    okay so I figured out how to get a new email sent to me, through a different email address. I was able to get my account verified. but now I am unable to get into the game. it takes me to where I hit play on the North American server and it starts to load but does not load it says every once in awhile this may be an unusually long wait time. could the number 11 update not have been complete due to not having my account verified at the time of installation?
