SERIOUS ISSUE WITH RANDOM CRASH SERVER SHUTDOWNS (Someone from ZOS please read)

FIRSTLY I WILL BEGIN SAYING THAT I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE GAME.

In fact, I seriously like it here. Till what happened just 30 min ago.

I have been searching for two Sharpened or Precise Vicious Ophidian Daggers since DB patch for a special build I had in mind. I ran the nSO, nAA, nHR dungeons a huge number of times since June 1st, hoping to get to one, averaging at six runs per day except the weekends for PvP. Unfortunately, I never seemed to get that particular drop (or any useful weapon for that matter, the only one I got was a Decisive Lightning Staff of Vicious Ophidian).

The set has all weapons of 6 possible traits. One weapon seems to drop for an entire group, once every 6/7 runs.

That sets the probability of one particular person getting that drop as 1/(11*6*12*6.5) or 1/5148 or 0.02% approx.

And guess what, I got (or specifically saw) a Sharpened VO dagger last nSO run right before the Server shutdown.AND AFTER HOLDING MY JOY, IRONICALLY AS SOON I DOUBLE CLICKED TO TAKE THAT DAGGER, IT DID NOT SEEM TO GO IN MY INVENTORY AND I REPEATEDLY TRIED TO TAKE IT................................ONLY TO END UP IN THE LOGIN PAGE.....


I can't type out what I am feeling now. After all the useless RNG and time, I finally got to see it, only to be mocked this way....

I hope they send you one after all that work.

If they do send it, tell them that I am missing a V16 Masters Bow and 2 Maelstrom Daggers and that I'd like to be compensated accordingly.

Uum, because like I said I run the trials a LOT and that way I would usually end up with so much useless stuff, that I would not need in any way.

Yeah I had the same thing happen to me right as the server went down...

with 100+ inventory capacity its enough place to autoloot evrything especially in trials where is not so many loot

and its always wasting a time to play without autoloot
if you want autojunk/destroy smthing - setup addons

And your the reason gaming companies don't typically award a deserved item even if evidence exists. Because now for every complaint they have to go check.... You probably screwed Susmitds out of his dagger...

Hey there guys at zenimax, I'm quiet upset right now and very dissapointed in your game, I've been waiting forever to get a full set of vicious Ophidian and guess what... It dropped, every single piece dropped as well as a masters bow and maelstrom maul from one boss for me, and right when I was about to pick it up, the servers went down and I didn't get it, I demand that you give me the items cause I'm definitely telling the truth.

Sorry to hear OP, but i know how you feel.

I had 1 Lord Warden Dusk Heavy Head and 1 Lord Warden Dusk Medium Shoulder both in impenetrable trait disappear out of my bank after the Dark Brotherhood update.They were in my bank before the update and gone afterwards.

Customer Services response to me in laymans terms was "go pack sand" and refused to return them.

I know im probably wasting my time asking @ZOS_JessicaFolsom but what my chances of getting those back?

im over being upset about it, but it would be nice to get them back, but im not holding my breath.

Damn and solo'ing was a lot of work yep think the mod's PM better have some good new's ,
