I purchased ESO+ 3 days ago now. I have called my card holder and they confirmed you guys have charged my card. And still have not received it. Yes i have submitted a ticket. I have submitted 2 now. Support is not responding back to me AT ALL. Im getting completely ignored.

    I honestly just don't know what to tell you, but it's pretty asinine that you haven't gotten any help by now. Need to get through to ZOS and get them to confirm that they received payment for it, although honestly, after something like this I'd probably just try to cancel it and be done with them if they aren't going to say ANYTHING about it.

    Hope it gets resolved.
