3 fro PVE – regen is on and it's less fire weakness (extra benefit – char looks slightly less ugly!)
4 for PVP – mist form is cheaper and anyway it's going to bring you to 4th stage pretty fast
ps– my ancient vamp, she's still loyal to this blessing since very first times of the game !

That's relatively easy as long as you're wearing medium armor and slotting Flawless Dawnbreaker and Beast Trap. with

✭✭✭✭✭I detest the aesthetics of Stages 3 and 4 so most of the time my vampires are in Stage 1. For PvE I'll often go to Stage 4 though for the passives as I detest losing my fast sneak. For dungeons I'll typically stay Stage 1 or 2 though and actually not use any vamp abilities as my main is a Breton Sorc is addition to being a vampire and there's just not a lot of utility in being a vamp when running dungeons with a group.PAWS (Positively Against Wrip-off Stuff) - Say No to Crown Crates!1
