Hello, so I've been swapping GPU and ESO now recognizes it as a new PC. So I gotta fix access code again, but I'm not receiving anything...

Can someone help me?



So I've checked spam/junk folders, I've also safelisted the elderscrollsonline domain but I still ain't getting any.

I've tried emails from different domains and I receive them just fine.

Can this be solved quick?
I've read somewhere that this have happened to a few guys and the only solution is to change email address. I'm ready to do so if there's no other path to go.

    This has already been done. Twice. Once for current email and one for preferred new one.
    Sounds like mail.elderscrollsonline.com is banned on the database my mailaccount sits on. Something your team should solve rather quickly ;)

    Something that is an common issue is something the support team should fix within 3 hours as it comes in. It's now been 24 hours since i sent my requests in. Which is terrible
