Best Race for Mag Templar?

So now on my last build. (Until they bring out a new Class)

I have a Lvl 50 Mag High elf Sorc and a Lvl 50 Stam Orc Sorc, a Lvl 50 Mag Dark Elf NB and a Lvl 50 Stam Redguard NB, a Lvl 50 Dark Elf Mag DK and a Lvl 50 Imperial Stam DK.

I have a Lvl 50 Stam Imperial Templar, need to make a Mag Templar to finish up the Mag/Stam theme.

So Breton? I like High Elf and Dark Elf but I have built them already.

Or is High Elf / Dark Elf better for a Mag Templar then a Breton?

    Depending on if you're going to be a healer, Argonian is the way to go.

    My main's a High Elf, but I think I do prefer my EP-Breton, in terms of race-passives. Cost reduction <3

    I like them all for different reasons.
    My favorite for all around use is the altmer

    My top 3 are :

    1. Breton (Every passives are great!)
    2. High Elf (Max Magicka and Regen, but the last passive is useless for templars..)
    3. Argonian (potions, potions! Big plus if you are going healer and you don't mind the tail!)

    The extra fire damage is worth more than 1% magicka as soon as you have more than ~20% fire damage in your rotation.

    You also want to use Wall of Elements and Shooting Star in PvE. Some even play destro-mainbar which will give you something around 25....40% flame-damage.
