I looked and couldn't find and answer. Is it intentional that all things Cold Fire don't show AoE, or is it a long standing bug in PvP?

✭Sometimes I don't see the the circle or the projectile all I'll see is my character on fire, it only happens if the game is really laggy though1 -

The red targeting circles when enemies shoot at you? I see those.
The red circle never shows for me.0
