Whenever I try to log in, a message box states that an e-mail has been sent to my e-mail address associated with my game account (not forum account) with a verification code. However, it never arrives.
I had this same problem earlier this year and it was never fixed, so I'm trying it again. A support ticket would be great, thank you.
The problem is solved. All that was required was to add the 'noreply' and 'donotreply' e-mails to my Save Senders list.
