Why isnt there dynamic world events in Cyrodill ZOS!?!?!?

PvPers are not interested in more PvE and big boss battles in their PvP zone
They dont want to hold hands and sing Kumbya and fight a big boss together
They want to fight and kill other players

The biggest dissapointment with the Molag Bal fight in the sewars is the loot.
You get 2 key fragments, 9 gold and MAYBE a junk blue weapon or piece of armor
oh and a <1% chance at a scamp pet or soul shriven costume/polymorph
On top of that you lose more TV stones than you get when the bosses or Molag Bal kills you not to mention when players do

The point if bosses such as this are to gather players in a location to encourage violence.
The of the reasons that overland bosses haven't been developed is due to the stress it would place on the already struggling servers when players would all mass in that area.
