This should really be a quick fix if a human being actually looked at the ticket. Instead I received the standard auto-response hoping that my problem would sort itself out and I'd go away without anyone having to do anything. It'd be great if I could change the country on the account myself, but for whatever reason it seems that customers are expected never to cross a border, or possibly aren't trusted to select their own new country of residence from a list, as you can do practically anywhere else.
In the meantime I can't change my billing address, which means I can't subscribe, which means that the game is for me currently Inventory Management Online.
I opened the ticket 60 hours ago and I'm waiting to give you money. Come on, it shouldn't take this long for a human being to look at it.
