The issues with this game can't be resolved by the console itself. The issues you describe at least...it's on ZOS' end largely.
Maybe things in your control may contribute like being wired vs wireless and having good bandwidth from your ISP and the correct router port settings.
Then your in the minority if that's the case if most players are having the issue than its on ZOs end.I can't honestly believe your not getting random load screens whenever you switch zones.FortheloveofKrist wrote: »NewBlacksmurf wrote: »The only real difference is using USB 3.0 ssd external HD

How can it be on ZOS' end if some of us console players are not experiencing any issues? (Honest question. Not trying to be antagonistic)

@FortheloveofKrist
-There are two other threads where discussions have identified causes of lag to be linked to the number of quests in your quest log.
-There is also the issues with sound popping, crackling and other weird non-ESO sounds on headsets and DTS optical surround sound that only comes from this game when loading certain characters
-Entering towns where Undaunted Dailies occur seem to never load certain textures until after 1-3 minutes
-Inability to play in Orisnium, Elden Root, etc.
-Queuing in activity finder for any role or any character never joins a group since TG release.
-ESO Plus renews or is purchased and successfully charged on Xbox One but crowns are not credited to the accounts
-ESO Plus still is not in the xbox one store, listed on xbox.com or via smart glass
These are all specific to ZOS and not an xbox one related issue

I haven't talked to anybody who regularly plays in Cyrodiil that is not having issues on console. My guildie had many issues before he bought the new Xbox and is wired and has a super fast internet. I wondered if maybe it was because he had to reinstall the game so it was fresh. Another guildie had to reformat his Xbox so told me that was not the reason.
Maybe he now has more space on his Xbox? I don't know. I am getting mine August 16 but that is when the Hist is released so I won't know for sure either.

Ahh... Thank you @NewBlacksmurf
I did read about the quest log, and after I cleared my log the little bit of frame rate issues I was having went away for the most part.
Do you guys delete all your quests? I deleted most of mine but saved a few.

I would not expect to see a major change with ESO on the S. Microsoft has stated existing games will play the same on the S as the original. The major change is the 4k video. Games will need to update to take advantage of 4k.brandonv516 wrote: »The difference between the elite and the standard is very noticeable (not to mention the controller rocks), but I'm not buying it that the S is going to push performance better than the elite.
