Still waiting for my SotH level 1 item to be replaced

As title, two of my guildies got theirs last night, can I haz mine please? The said lvl 1 item is sitting in my bank being intimidated by all the CP160 items hanging out there :)

Is there a pattern to the replacements? The reason I ask is that their replacements were from a dungeon run the following evening from when mine dropped.

    I got my replacements and they were all level 1 as well :lol: Have not heard anything since.

    Pattern may have been them looking for the items in character inventory instead of in bank. Mine kept his in inventory and got replacement containers.

    Those containers for me all had 160 gear... but

    The unopened containers my other characters had still had lvl 1 gear in them :/ and no replacements were sent for those.

    -edit- Thinking about it only one or two were opened, but I got 3 or 4 replacement containers... Maybe the replacement containers sent covered the ones I also hadn't opened yet(which were still lvl 1 items).

    Doing that is not worth the frustration of getting the response "We can not replace deconstructed or deleted items" which will just completely *** me off, as support has been known to do that for some people even though for others they don't. And that was the response they were giving people when Jessica originally told us to contact support to get the items replaced.

    It was just easier and more stress free to decon the level 1's and accept the mats as reward.

    I did not submit a ticket, was kinda drunk by the time I got around to opening those bags ;) I'll send a ticket tonight though.

    My original ticket number from the reply email was 160801-003344

    They did replace the item with another lvl 1 piece of gear. I've not taken any action since. This secondary situation is fairly wide spread.

    Thx for any help you can provide.

    why does the entire player base need to submit a ticket for a reward everyone got that was incorrectly set to lvl 1? just send out another wave of properly lvled items

    I got mine about 2 hours ago and it was CP160. :)

    I had misplaced two Legendary swords once. Submitted a ticket saying they were in my inventory and lost upon entering my bank (found them awhile later.... eight character issues :|).

    My response stated they couldn't replace deconstructed or deleted items. I hate these responses. Had my issue truly been legitimate I would've waited weeks

    They're as terrible as Cyrodiil lag :open_mouth:

    Obviously too complicated.

    They're sending people Lvl 1 set gear as compensation for their quest rewards giving Lvl 1 set gear....

    my lvl 1 items were replaced with lvl 1 items. and on top of that they also had crappier traits :(. i just decon and give up

    I sent a /bug report in-game about a week ago. I believe the bug report number is 8292814 (this is the number I see when logged on to the Support page on the website). My items are yet to be restored.

    @Slammer99uk your ticket is in the correct queue, they'll respond as soon as they can
    @Katinas your ticket is also in the correct queue now.

    Edited to add update: We're aware that some folks received level 1 items as replacements instead of the correct level items. We're working on getting those replaced.
