As for the buff timer, I don't want it personnally. I like using the visual animations, when the lag isn't so bad, I would much rather the immersive feel of looking at my character and enemies character instead of staring at little boxes all down the side of my screen. And you can't say, "just don't use them" because I would be putting myself at a massive disadvantage not using them, making me feel forced into stuffing tons of indicators all over my screen!!

I think ZOS said that a buff tracker is something they are working on for the future.

The ultimate counter is already hard to read if you're sitting a few meters away from your console/TV and it wouldn't help you anyway with buffs from your backbar ...
I think ZOS said that a buff tracker is something they are working on for the future.
I have to add as a healer this would be very useful. I would like to see some sort of group identification for disease and debuffs added too.

Every player on pc downloads the buff add-ons cause its helpful and literally every single other mmorpg has them, Plus with this way you're not wasting resources.

The skill aspect is paying enough attention to your character in order to know when you reapply buffs. Yes it requires less skill to have the game tell you this information.
