Shivering Isles Solo loading problems?

So, I am trying to help Arch Mage Shalidor with a quest. I have to find a fork and something else in a Shivering Isles Solo instance to. Nothing loads for me. I have reloaded many times. Once, the chest with the fork would not load so I could not continue, then the last few times, enemies would not load in but they would still be able to attack me, I could not attack them because they were invisible. I had to rely on Shalidor to kill them. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes.

For questing now I use only AoE abilities. These don't require a target, so will damage enemies regardless of whether or not you can see them. (If you have the damage numbers enabled, you can also tell where they are by the floating numbers.

For the invisible chest, it finally loaded for me after about a twenty minute wait. If you intend to walk away while letting it load, make sure it doesn't time out.

This quest is completeable, but requires A LOT of patience that shouldn't be required.

In my case, Shalidor kept turning invisible, too. If he stays visible for you, your loading time may be shorter than mine was. Good luck!

I now never get the wabbajack to test it and when I reload, I have to start the quest all over again....

And now my health won't regenerate and healing does not work.
