It was working yesterday (after server reset), my group popped after 1-2 minutes of waiting. Today it seems to be broken again

It's been 7 hours and I don't know how many more hours do I have to wait

It's rediculous they haven't fixed it yet. They should fire the whole lot.

I don't know how any of you could wait for 7 hours+. I usually only play for 2 or three hours at a time, so if it takes an hour or more then it's a no-go.

It never works for me even if im waiting hours in que, the only way for this cancerous system to work is by finding ppl in the chat and inviting them to make a full group then just use it to enter the dungeon

Right after the maintenance finished, the Dungeon Finder pops so fast, took a min or two to get my group going.

After that hours queueing and it seems to be broken again.....

Can I get a fix pls, ZoS

Just because it works once or twice doesn't mean they fixed it, sometimes it works, other times it flat out doesn't, aka broken. Been like this since DB dropped.

Sorry guys, don't want to give you excuses for keeping you all hanging, so let's just get to the meat of the post:

We do have some additional fixes going into Monday’s PC incremental patch, and are also working toward implementing these fixes on console for next week’s update as well. Just to make sure we’re all on the same page, below are a couple examples of the issues we’re tracking:
    1. Player A sends a group invite to Player B. Player B accepts the group invite. Player A doesn’t see that Player B has joined the group, but both players are still essentially grouped.
      • This was partially fixed in PC patch 2.5.6, and we’ll have additional fixes in 2.5.7. You can try going to a different zone or relogging to see if that helps you in the meantime.
    2. Player A sends a group invite to Player B. Player B accepts the group invite. Neither player is placed into a group.
      • This is largely an issue with the group leader; the game believes you’re the leader of a group, but in reality, you’re not. This will also be addressed in 2.5.7.
Note that these issues are also likely impacting groups forming through the Grouping Tool in situations where groups appear to be formed, but are immediately disbanded and hit with the 15 minute debuff.

Until these fixes are published next week, make sure you leave or disband your current group before logging off, especially if you’re the group leader. This will help ensure you won’t get stuck in a state where you cannot join future groups. If you’re already in a state where you cannot join a group, this should be remedied on Monday with the new patch.

So just to be clear, do you guys feel the issues you have mentioned are directly effecting the grouping tool in the form of queues taking sinply not poping after multiple hours of waiting?

It's not likely, no, but we are actively investigating the cause for the long queue times. It may be as simple as not enough players using it for the specific dungeon you're trying to run, but it may be something else. We'll let you know if we hear anything more definitive.

    Posting to spread the word.

This assumption that not enough people are using it is false and can be proven to be false quite simply.
During prime time get 4 people together have each que alone 1 as healer, one as tank and 2 dps, each que for random dungeon. This is a full group as designated by the dungeon finder. The que will not pop in prime time (will pop in off times ie. 2am est). Do this test yourself to see for yourself! My tests were done on ps4 NA. Tests were done at various times seems population adversely effects functionality of dungeon finder.
I stress again to do this simple test yourself to see the lack of consistent functionality.

Yeah I know. I was really posting it more just to show how little they had on what is the root cause of the problem.
