Problems receiving authorisation code via email
Submitted a ticket got asked some security questions then an email back saying the call was closed. Still can't receive the email with the authorisation code, and have not heard anything back from customer services to say they have re-opened the call, which was 2 days ago. After 4 days the ticket expires and presumably I have to go through the process all over again?
Can anyone help please?
