Eidetic Memory and Finished Quests

Even using addons to pin-point exactly where the books or notes (which are, for several times, very well hidden) are located sometimes they are not where they are supposed to be.

This could be, of course, because the lorebooks don't exist anymore or were renamed and the addon "database" is not updated.

For several locations, like the very, very, very old ones, is understandable, as the author will not play again, again and again just to mark the new coordinates or remove the outdated.

For example: Right now, I finished (again), Khenarthi's Roost, but this time looking thoroughly for these pesky little things while questing. But, for example, Where I'll be that should be found during the quest Moon-Sugar Medicament couldn't be found in any of the locations marked by the addon.

Or what about Ealcil Notes, Pages 1, 2 and 3 during The Tempest Unleashed quest. I couldn't find any of them and with the quest finished, I can't enter The Winding Tunnels anymore to do a third check.

That's different of, for example, Your Silver Fur, a note that was part of the Khenarthi's questline that, after completed, was thrown near the wayshrine.

Why these others can't be too? Is it so difficult to put a god***it condition in the quest code telling the game that if that lorebook can only be found while having it active (which is VERY annoying, btw), to drop a copy or move the object near the guy that rewards you after the quest is finished?

Also, as an additional suggestion, the Eidetic Memory "page" could describe where that lorebook was found, to help other completing it.
I am the very model of a scientist Salarian, I've studied species Turian, Asari, and Batarian.
I'm quite good at genetics (as a subset of biology) because I am an expert (which I know is a tautology).
My xenoscience studies range from urban to agrarian, I am the very model of a Scientist Salarian.

I second that. Being an Eidetic Memory completionist myself I am having a lot of trouble to find notes and books from finished quests. For instance the pirate letter in Stros M'kai, obviously I did that question when I was a newbie and obviously I read the letter since the quest forces you to, however once I actually acquired Eidetic Memory, it was said all books I ever read would be there, that was not the case with the pirate note. After revisiting the place of that quest, no note to be found. In that case I DID READ the book but it wasn't memorized and I doubt any newbie will save that quest for doing at max level specially to address this bug.

I see ZOS has put a lot of effort to address this issue, even in the latest update I remember a section saying would make lore documents after finished quest accessible. I also understand that very few people care about it as per the lack of replies in this thread and the other addressing the bugs: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/270549/eidetic-memory-bugs-comments-help

Lore for me is what drew me to the Elder Scrolls. I love the small things you do to immerse us in the world such as these notes, letters, books, etc. Please do not deprive me and others of appreciating the art you so carefully made. Allow us to revisit quest locations so we can at least try to get what was missed. It's not like there is anything we could exploit by going to these places, and I hardly believe anyone will waste time trying to troll a low level in those quest spaces for instance. Also there is the matter of phasing, sometimes I see the note I need at distance but when I get closer it disappears and the scenario changes to the phased version.

Whilst I understand it is a colossal work to place each note and book in the world such as the ones mentioned in Khenarthi's Roost, there must be a way, a code or something you could do to easily address this issue. Also a pro tip for those desperate enough: If you are a member of many and large guilds with people online all the time, stalk the roster to see if they are in a place with an uncommon name, you can travel to their instance and access some locations you could not, I got many books I missed this way. Yes...I am that persistent to read the lore you put out there ZOS!

On the topic, I got a very interesting achievement when I collected 2,500 books in the Eidetic Memory. It flashed in my screen "Another Kind of Achievement". I didn't screenshot in time because I was surprised, and when I went to check my achievement pages there wasn't there.

At the moment I'm sitting on 2528/3059 Eidetic Memory pages. ZOS I NEED YOU TO HELP ME COLLECT THE REST! FIX IT PLEASE!
