Game is too difficult, dying all the time...

Yeah, the health was unusual too to me.
Especially since I am not using any magic or restoration skills.
    Also not planning too.
I more or less always use the vampire draning skill or ultimate skill which if morphed with health.
But this is also why I am nearly all the time on Stage 4 vampire... Eh...
My friend who is a mage which uses Restoration and is vamp too doesnt need to use the vampire drainage skill at all...
However, he also gets killed mostly on first hit with fire attacks from bosses because he hates the feeding system in the game too.
I tried feeding on bandits but it never really worked... Well, or maybe they notice me too early. Didn't skill sneak since I dont use it. I use Bosmer with Bow + 2handed weapon with Medium armor and speed skills.
Feeding only properly works for me on innoncent people in town. But they almost always see me since its near impossible finding a prey thats alone... Already paid tons of gold to the guards because of that *** and now I just dont feed at all and try to bypass all fire bosses or ask someone for help. I might try fire resistance glyphs. Sounds good actually. Might be able to bypass this weakness that way. Should have maybe used a dark elve as vampire character since they have a natural fire resistance. Well, in Skyrim they had at least. Not entirely sure about ESO... But since my main aim is on the Bow and speed I used Bosmer.

Dark elf still has the fire resistance, but it's not really needed. The fire resistance glyph should be sufficient until you start earning champion points, and then you can add some CP into elemental resistance.

I have two vampire characters. My main is an Altmer Dragonknight Healer, CP470 or so, and I have a low level Khajiit Nightblade DPS around level 14.

The Dragonknight actually doesn't use vampire abilities, with the exception of the ultimate sometimes (depending on what I am running and who I am running with). She is a vampire for the passives.

The Nightblade uses the vampire drainage skill a lot. That skill is AMAZING at lower levels, especially if you time it well to take advantage of the stun. Not as useful in mob situations, since it's not AoE, but my Nightblade can solo a single enemy 35+ levels above her with ease (provided it's not a boss), and that skill is a large part of it.
Why be normal when you can be better?

    Lady Kalila, Stamina Templar DPS
    Stands-in-Danger, Nightblade Saptank
    Zalarah, Stamina Dragonknight DPS

Problem is no longer a issue.

I made a completely new character with new classes and races and gave the skills and items more attention.
    Works without problems now.

Well, except that I am a Vampire (which I wanted) but the issue with it is that Fire attacks often one hit kill it.
In Stage 4 at least. Against bosses. And staying on Stage 1 or 2 is near impossible due to the way how the feeding system works.
1st, the feeding only seems to work on some people inside towns. Not on enemies, dafuck? Whats the sense of that?
Total bullcrap, seriously. 2nd is that using vampire skills advances it. In combination with the fire weakness its a total game killer. What about lowering the weakness a bit or at least overhauling the feeding system? Or maybe add vampire lord transformations for Rank 10 vampires.

Another game were vamps are underpowered and werewolves are op. Great...
Skyrim was the same. Without the DLC vampires sucked hard. Dawnguard + Better vampires best.

Now that you have skill rotations figure out you can start weaving in Light and Heavy Attacks to preserve resources. And, if you do it right, you can cancel animations to actually increase your DPS too.

As for Vampires, what most people forget is the skills are set for an L38 player, so the skills won't work all that well at lower levels, and until you can raise the Vamp line, the passives that help with the damage resistance are not available to you. So, feed on lower level enemies until you can rank up the Vampire line, or get cured of the disease and re-acqiure it at higher levels. If you do get cured, respec first so you get those skill points back, otherwise you will not have them until you go Vamp again.

The advice to get or make a strong fire resistance glyph for at least one piece of jewelry is key to surviving, even with the damage reduction passives.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Welcome to ESO. Do not feel bad, most people die when they first start. There is definitely an awkward period until you are about level 20 or so. Then you will have more skills at your discretion.

Dunmer NB is actually a really great class to get your feet wet. My advice is to start with magic. Stamina is capable of doing more damage at end game, but magic is much easier out of the gate, especially on a NB. You picked the perfect race for a magic NB.

I would grab a Destro staff to start with (fire being the best), and put the first skill of each class on your bar, and the first skill of the Destro staff line as well. This will give you some options. You have strife as a nice ranged damage ability that heals you. Morph to swallow soul for solo content. You have Assassins blade to finish off targets. Morph to impale so you can use it at range. Cast this skill once they are below 25% health and most things will die. This is an execute. Never cast it on a full health target. You can start off with cloak, but you will probably drop it after a while. Its nice to get the jump on people and use to get out of bad spots. It's okay to run if you are in over your head.

This game takes more than button mashing. Put some thought into each encounter and it will become easier. Most mobs come in groups of three. If one of them is wearing a robe, focus them first. They are either a healer or a hard hitting mage, either way, kill em fast. Then move to archers. Again, they are squishy but can hit hard. Finally, take out the big dudes with swords and shields. Use your mobility to avoid them while you take out the other two.

You can certainly go dual wield, but its harder. You either need to put your points into stamina OR magic, but not both. Stamina builds just take a little more finesse, and put you in more risk. I would advice anyone get the feel for things on a magic toon, and magic NB is one of the best. Remember, you heal by doing damage with strife. Play to your strength and stay at range. You want to max out your siphoning skill line ASAP. The more siphon skills on your bar, the faster it will level. Crippling Grasp is great for mobility and to do damage over time on your target while you spam strife. Sap Essence is a great Area of Effect ability. NBs might not be the best at anything, but they really can do it all. They have a skill for everything.

    Hello.

I am new to the game and I dont know what I am doing wrong.
I have a Dark Elve, Nightblade class and use mainly dual wield.
Well, this doesnt seem to be good enough since I am level 12 now and I die way too often.
Also all enemies are around 2 levels above mine? Is this normal? I tried to do all quests and thought I did most.

I actually wanted to mainly go with dual wield and avoid magic. Well, I tried a magic staff and killing enemies was easy like that?! Mainly because I dont face them head to head and dont get much damage.
Is dual wield underpowered and magic overpowered? I really dont get it.
I also always use skills and morphed them too so I dont think Im missing some game mechanics.
    I also block.

Many enemies I cant even beat without help of other players...
Is this game supposed to be like that? I thought I could do it in SP too. I really hate those MMORPGs that force you to go in groups.

What am I doing wrong...? Actually I just think about doing a new character since mine seem to suck.

    Appreciate any help or ideas.

As a matter of fact, melee is much more difficult than range in most games, but it's especially true for TESO.
I can remember a miniboss I could not defeat as 100% melee, I switched to a random green destruction staff, with no skill point in the tree and it was a piece of cake. TESO combat team is biaised toward range (and/or gank builds) and out of Heavy Armor, keep that in mind. They have no idea of how melee works really (especially in PVP).

But what truely came to my mind first : did you repair your stuff and upgrade it ?
