what do i need to do to logon to eso?

i call up the launcher. sign in. and i get this error:
you have attempted use an invalid or out-dated client. pls exit and update your client using the patcher.
i just downloaded the major update yesterday. i do use zonealarm, but i allow the launcher through. so where do i get the eso launcher again so i can reinstall it pls?

Iarao✭✭✭✭i had to take eso wholesale from another computer and delete the one on mine and go from there. sigh.5

✭✭Only things I can suggest regarding this is to force it to check for updates which I believe should be in launcher settings, or try to do a full repair in the launcher. Also, try turning Auto Update off to never, then close and re-open the launcher and see if you get and update option.
