Why won't it let me into chat?

For some reason I can't get into my guild chat and then when I do get in I can hear anyone talking or talk to anyone. Is there anyway to fix this?

Maybe check your audio settings in-game.

Restart the game, that might fix it.

if you cannot use guild bank or guild stores
or sent mails

it mean you was muted(social ban)

No I can access banks and stores it's just I'm not even getting in game sounds and music let alone guild chat

Unplug and replug your microphone/headset until it works.

When this bug started, it only took me one unplug/replug to fix it, but a week later I am now up to five before it fixes.

The game sounds come back first, but to get chat as well it usually takes another try or two.

Rebooting your controller repeatedly might work, too.
