Normal mode has never dropped master weapons. Vet only.

You sure? I'm almost certain I've gotten VR13 weapons from nDSA.

Normal would drop v13 versions of the weapons in the past.

The absolute most we would, and should see is the drops being cp150.

Normal mode is for casuals, don't step into that domain unless you belong to it with talk of buffs and nerfs. If vet was that easy, totally fair request.

Normal is supposed to be fairly easy. The point is to get you familiar with the dungeon before going to vet.
Do the vet version if normal is too easy for you.

Maybe, just maybe they should first fix the Level 1 loot from some vet dungeon. Or fix at least their patch system not to deliveer corrupt packages?

I think these are more pressing matters than balancing now.
