[BUG] After Today's Update/DLC Character Spins Viewing Inventory, Skills, etc.(PC)

First let me say I have NEVER used any addons. After today's update I am having some odd behavior with my character. I hit I for inventory and she is facing me as usual. As soon as I move my mouse she rotates 180 degrees. I tried other UI keys, inventory, skills, mail, etc and the same thing happens. When I go to log out I hit ESC and as soon as I hit the menu command to log out she moves again. Never had this before. I asked in chat and was told to update my addons that fix this issue. I have never used nor do I use any addons so this is a new bug for me.

No she doesn't have any personalities active. This is only happening on my AD vet gal. Only difference with this character is she has the new wing body tat and a dyed costume. Not sure if one of those is causing her moving around for no reason. When I go to log out she comes right up to the screen like I am trying to view a hat or something. When I get a chance will take off the tat, see if anything changes then the costume and see if that "fixes" it. If not I have no clue what her issue is.

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭Well removing the tats and costume did nothing. Now I am seeing some weirdness when I use the blade of woe. The screen moves from left to right twice, really fast like the game can't keep focus.0

Seravi✭✭✭✭✭Well all this mess is now happening to all of my characters. After a few kills you get a bit "sick to your stomach" from all the screen movement back and forth.0

Watever direction I wanted to go, my character decided to look front of her.
