Trouble purchasing eso plus

Anyone else have the "transaction not authorized" message when trying to purchase eso plus with a visa debit card? Their system is telling me it's not going through but I checked my account and it's listed as a pending payment for $77.94. I then called my bank and they confirmed that the payment did indeed go through. I then checked my eso account and still no active status for eso plus. What gives?

    If your attempting now it could be due to the maintenance currently underway.

    during maintenance time it is not a good idea to make a purchase. I have had this problem before.

    While there isn't phone support, you cansubmit a ticket to our support team and they can check on the status.

    It was fine for me today. Managed to get 30 days ESO+ membership and cancel the recurring in like 5 minutes. Shame it was a day wasted but whatever

    None of the transactions went through so I made my purchases after maintenance was over.

    I submitted a ticket this morning when it happened I just wanted to know if it has happened to others as well.
