As soon as the server staff is finished mopping the floors, the Community Managers can restock all the toilet paper in the bathrooms. Then they will have time to start writing the patch notes.

Seriously, the English patch notes sound like they are written. Apparently, there is a bank holiday in Ireland today, so translation of the patch notes is a problem child today.

My sources tell me there is an ongoing bet. Every week they push for a longer downtime. They bet on the first 'nervous breakdown thread'. Once a winner emerges, they flick the switch on.

    Bob won last week.

Sometimes I worry the patch notes will come out while I'm on the toilet, and I'll start reading them. 45 minutes later...

Tomorrow... Tomorrow does not look good either.
