20k haha, but I'm 157CP that recently bought bag upgrades etc. Ive noticed a basically huge difference in price on everything under 160CP so that has a lot to do with me being poor.

I'm also rather generous, donated to 5 trader guilds and bought 4-5 New players a mount(or at least gave the amount they needed)

Something like 5 million gold.

This game generates money. Pretty much every activity you do earns you money. Unless you just stand around in town all day long, there's no reason to be poor in this game.

I play for a few hours a night, sometimes a little more on weekends. I spend 30min of that each day doing writs on 4 toons. That gets me almost 15k per day just in writ reward gold. The rest of the time I PvP. There no money in that except for the very rare reward mail with a decent trait. But it also doesn't cost me anything, because my writs/surveys keep me well supplied with herbs for pots.

The first million seems hard to get to. After that it racks up quickly.

@Reverb How do you pick up one willpower and one agility jewelry every week? Do you mean you farm the required stack of 60 items in IC?

I have two characters that I do crafting writs on every day and one character that I do IC daily quests on every day. That's about 12k gold a day (realistically I only do this 4-5 times a week) and I am barely breaking even with my gear expenditures and repair costs. I don't really sell much in guild traders but that's because I need everything still. Down to one blacksmith gold temper and I can't afford to buy new ones.

Interestingly enough, as someone who works in the financial services industry and makes a living by helping people manage their wealth, I spend my ESO gold like it's bottomless. I see little point in holding onto fake gold in a video game with no real investment opportunities. On rare occasions I will invest a moderate sum in anticipation of profit. Otherwise, to invest in this game would mean dedicating my "ESO career" to trading, and that's not what I play for. So, I spend what I want, when I want, and if/when I run out of money, I just make some more. Usually by the time I make several hundred thousand I decide an alt needs a new setup or something. Otherwise I spend it on my guild, cuz why not.

My low days, around 150k...average days around 600k-700k... my highest was 1.2 mil for about 2 minutes and then I went on a shopping spree! lol

If they like trading so much, I think they are wasting their time. Maybe they should put their skills to good use and have fun doing some day trading and making real money.

If I were to do this in ESO, I would feel too much like being at work when I'm logged in.

Besides, playing the markets in ESO, at least for me, leaves something to be desired. IRL, when you look for a potential investment, a great deal of time and research goes into making that decision. There's so much more to it, like analyzing the management of the firm in question, scrutinizing their balance sheets and calculating ratios, analyzing and forecasting trends, meeting with real people to discuss market outlooks and their strategies, etc. ESO markets are far too simple to merit that time investment for me, especially when I'm paying to do it, not getting paid.

The last time I made an actual market play in ESO was during the "cake week." In anticipation of this event I purchased every perfect roe I could find, crafted them all into ambrosia, and made a pretty penny throughout that week. ZOS almost botched that for me too, when they couldn't figure out how to make cake stack with ambrosia.

About 6 million and a few hundred of all the gold mats. Noting requires that much gold in this game, so I pretty much stopped worrying about it.

For those that want to know how to do this, make alts and do daily writs on 3-4 toons. You will be shocked how much gold you have in a few months.

I also maxed out my bank slots, so I have everything I really need.

I'm usually between 1-200K? No idea it might be less or more. I don't pay attention. The only thing I ever buy is food mats and potion mats, even at outrageous prices. That's because I hate farming them, and want to get back to Cyrodiil as quick as I can.

I really want nothing other than to PVP with my friends. I'm happy with my build, and my character "appearance". Everything I have is end game, most of it crafted.

I'm also lazy as hell. Im probably sitting on a few campaigns worth of mails with gold jewelry crap I can't be bothered to sell, and at least 200K gold in reward mails I've never downloaded. I've more stolen/ganked TV stones than I know what to do with, and a ton of IC vault keys banked I never bother to open.

I also have a bank full of completed monster set pieces for alts that I never bother to make. I keep promising myself to do it, and then my friends are all... "Join up, were about to go gank this huge AD ball group at Ash.." There goes my night. XD

I dont even know any more. I get so close to flawless and there is this glitch on console that disconnects you between stage 6 and 7 it happens to every one. But yes the game is losing its fun. I am bored. Constant farm. Need one infaillable ring to try a build one VO ring a maelstrom fire staff (ultra rare) and honestly its killing it. I have the worst rng. Dont even have 5 SPC peices and i have every dungeon related acheivement. Cant get any thing i want. I have had a total of 1.8million telvar and cant even make money off of that. I have all the other vmsa weapons in perfect traits. And im stuck on a 57 second bloodspawn with my magic templar so i cant get into a maw run for moon dancer.
Im surprised my magic temp even has full gold gear im so poor. If you have any ideas to make money. That would really help me out but yes your right i might just stop playing

No i have not. Its just some stam dks are reaching 37 seconds. But yes. I feel this is almost max potential. With a sharpened vmsa resto ill get more light attack weave damage. And slightly more overall dps. But yes i will have to try other groups
