Hey guys. This is my StamBlade currently:

DW/S&B Build
Screenshot_20160717_123139_zpsho48ahla.png

5 pcs Hundings Impenetrable
4 pcs Nightmother Impenetrable
3 pcs Agility (2 Robust, 1 Arcane)

Weapons are 2 Sharpened Maces and a Sharpened Maul

DW/S&B bar: Shadowy Disguise, Ambush, Surprise Attack, Free Slot, Mass Hysteria | Dawnbreaker of Smiting
2H Bar: Shuffle, Relentless Focus, Siphoning Attacks, Resolving Vigor, Rally | Werewolf Berserker

Bow
Screenshot_20160717_123050_zpsyc8zpxvr.png

5 pcs Hundings Impenetrable
5 pcs Marksman Impenetrable (Robust Jewelry)
1 pcs Kena

Weapons are Sharpened Marksman Bow and Greatsword

Bow Bar: Shadowy Disguise, Draining Shot, Poison Injection, Bombard, Lethal Arrow | Dawnbreaker of Smiting
2H Bar: Shuffle, Relentless Focus, Siphoning Attacks, Resolving Vigor, Rally | Werewolf Berserker

Mundus Stone = The Serpent

Champion Points are:
Steed: 30 Resistant
Lady: 100 Hardy, 27 Elemental Defender
Lord: 10 Quick Recovery
Tower: 30 Warlord
Lover: 100 Mooncalf, 27 Arcanist
Shadow: 10 Tumbling
Ritual: 100 Mighty, 38 Precise Strikes, 29 Piercing

Now, my questions are:

- What can I do to improve this build? Because compared to other StamBlades out there, I just don't feel like I could keep up in PvP (not as much Stamina, Regen or Weapon Damage compared to other similar builds)
- I keep running out of Stamina -_- Every time I 1v1 in IC vs other NB or Stamina builds, I'm always the run who runs out of Stamina first. Is my Regen too low, or am I better off using Drinks? Or is it a L2P issue? :p
- Is my Champion Point distribution good?
- Gear wise, are there any other good sets that I can use? Like Eternal Hunt or Morkuldin?
- 2 Maces? Or other weapons?
- Do you like popcorn? And would you like some?

Any advice is appreciated, ty in advance

You answered your own question here OP. If we're talking about a build mainly focused on PvP you need to have somewhere close to ~1.9k Stamina regain. Don't second guess yourself, you were right initially you need more stamina recovery to sustain.

Where can you get the additional sustain? Drinks, yes. Orzorga's Triple Trifle Pocket would also be good too. As would 1 pc Bloodspawn. Bloodspawn and the Trifle pocket themselves would give you around 450~550 more regain and would bump up the 1,466 up to where it would need to be. Sorry don't have exact numbers off the top of my head, maybe someone else can pitch in with the exact numbers here. :)
Is my Champion Point distribution good
Consider putting more into Tumbling. Possibly put Ele. Defender up to 50, however this depends on playstyle.
    - Gear wise, are there any other good sets that I can use? Like Eternal Hunt or Morkuldin?
Eternal is good, Hundings everyone going stamina considers and is a good set, I run Clever Alchemist. Again, it boils down to playstyle. Lekis and Marksman are also good. The other few poisons sets out there, like Morang Tong, Viper Sting and Vicecanon, Skrimisher are also great sets too.

I rarely see people run Morkuldin.
Eternal is great for keep away playstyles. So is Skrimisher.
Hundings is good for attacking and having consistent damage while not being in stealth
Clever Alchemist is good for instant burst out of and inside of stealth
Leki's and Marksman have some cool sustain that come with the set, as does Eternal.

Also consider dropping some Impen for 2-3 pc Well-fitted armor. 2.2k~1.9k Crit resistance is ideal. You could also do 2-3 pc Divines over Well-fitted gear if you feel your roll dodging doesn't overly drain your stamina pool.

Morang/Viper/Vicecanon are sets that focus on poison and might be better bang for the buck on DKs, though a stamina class could find some interesting things to do with these sets.
    - 2 Maces? Or other weapons?
Boils down to playstyle honestly. I have seen DW in PvP on StamNB and seen it used well. DW Mace, Daggers and Sword are still good options and 2H Sharpened mace is FOTM in PVP.

I don't PvP much, but I hear the clever alchemist Is awesome with good weapon power pots and many people also use immovable pots.
I usually hear people using focused aim instead of lethal arrow also. Not sure if that makes any difference.

If your looking at a gank build; ambush surprise attack light attack weave has taken me out. A lot.

The easiest thing you could do that would add a whooping 450+ to your recovery, would be to run with Orzorga's Triple Trifle Pocket food. (5000 health and 450 stamina recovery).

I'm sure by just going with this food, you don't need to change gear, race or anything, much.

    Tumbling
    You need more in there...
I always run with at least 40 points in tumbling. Even if I'm a magicka build.
Most of your stamina will be drained by Breaking CC and Dodge Rolling.
On my current Stam Sorc, I have 70 points in tumbling because of my build (Eternal Hunt/Skirmisher)

    Bloodspawn
Consider changing your 1x Molag for 1x Bloodspawn.

    Impenetrable VS Well-Fitted
I wouldn't change your current gear.. but if you ever go with Eternal Hunt or another dodge rolling set, go for 4x Well-Fitted and 3x Impenetrable. It's also without a doubt the second best armor trait for PVP.

    Siphoning Attacks
You have to keep this up at all times... I'm pretty sure your current stamina management is decent while this is up.

    Alchemy / Potions
Get your Alchemy to level 50 for the Medicinal passives... (this will increase the potions effect by 30%, therefore while your potions are on cooldown your recovery will still be boosted by 20% during the whole cooldown)

L2P : Keep an eye on your stamina pool at all time.
As soon as your stamina pool goes down to about ~75%, your immediate reflex should be to pop a potion.
I recommend: Tri-stat potion or Immovability with Major Expedition potions.

You don't want to chug potions all the time pre-fight for nothing but you don't want to wait until your stamina is too low to chug one.

L2P : CC Breaking or not CC breaking
With experience, you will learn to know if you can survive your cc or not.
In some case, you might be better waiting for the CC to finish and not CC breaking.

    L2P : Block
Don't perma block.. it will eat your stamina in no time.

    L2P : Dodge Rolling
Limit your dodge rolling : Unless you have a ridiculous amount of recovery or it's a question of life or death, do not dodge roll more than once every 5 seconds.

L2P : Try not to sprint pre fight and in fight
Unless you are GTFO, you should not sprint.. self explanatory

You have quite a lot of points into arcanist and few into tumbling. Don't rely on cloak too much, it's broken to the point you'll be spamming it in hopes it works and you'll drain your magic. Conserve most of your magic for fear. I feel at least 39 points into tumbling is a must have. You want more recovery as well. Access to monster helms and shoulders, as well as maelstrom weapons, will greatly improve a lot of your overal numbers

As a stambuild, you can survive with as low as 1200 stamina recovery. You just need to be able to make use of:
    1. Siphoning attacks
    2. Relentless focus (optional, stam recovery helps though)
    3. With the lower your recovery, the more valuable warlord becomes over mooncalf. Consider placing an emphasis on warlord in your build with 85 into warlord, getting rid of arcanist points, and 57 into mooncalf. I wouldn't put 100 into warlord unless you use a lot of high costing skills (2.5-3k+ cost) in a short period of time.

What food are you using ? You should consider to change your food for something like Orzorga tripe triffle pocket (max health 5000 + 457 stamina recovery) instead of increase all stats.

Never panic in fight, like spam dodgeroll, perma block, ect... Or spam skills. Siphoning attack is really good with dual wield and help a lot if your recovery are low. Using 7 pieces of medium armor help for increase stamina recovery and reduce the cost of skills

You invested too many champions points for magicka in my opinion. Use your skills magicka cost based more wisely instead of invest cp (waste of cp in my opinion) Use cloak only if you're in a bad situation a take breath few seconds in fight for healing you correctly. I use shadow disguise for get crit on my heal only personally.

Eternal hunt is great set, if you need more sustain marksman is awesome. Morkuldin not so much, the last bonus is useless (but still interesting in 4 pieces).

And you should use one piece of Bloodspawn for get more stamina recovery. It be helpfull for better stamina recovery.

Hunding rage is not really a good choice for pvp in my opinion if you want a good sustain, especially because imperial dont have any racial passices for stamina recovery. You should take another set.

With maces you get +20% of armor ignored. Good choice.
