Cloak is amazing. Get even decent magic regen and you can perma cloak and escape almost any situation. Really good for a solo pvp'er.

Single target abilities are breaking cloak now and every gap closer breaks it aswell. Also after the last maintenance patch my fear doesn't work half the time either
This is sad... This is really, really, really, sad... Who'd have ever thought that the day would come where to be competitive in PVP, you HAD to play as a Nightblade of sorts. Whether it be magicka or stamina. And yet, people will argue night and day of how Nightblades are balanced and all the classes are equal...
This is not good, and things will only grow worse — unless Nigtblades and stamina classes as a whole get "checked" and or "fixed". Please do something about this ZOS devs.@ZOS_RichLambert @Wrobel

+half of dots are destroing cloak...for exaple just this set Vicecannon of Venom ((5 items) Your attacks from stealth inject a leeching poison that deals 13936 Poison Damage over 15 seconds and heals you for the damage done.)
you will be instantly removed from cloak with poison from this set on you
to much *** poison from last patches

Usually I find it is because they do not realize they are being detected. I often use detect pots and its silly how many times a NB will try to spam cloak right next to me as I keep hitting them.
Another issue is that many skills cannot be cloaked such that if they were activated prior to you using cloak they will still hit you. So with some lag it is easy to think you are able to cloak but keep getting knocked out of cloak when in fact you are trying to cloak through abilities that have already been fired on you and are going to immediately remove you from cloak. Cloak works best when your internet and client performance are top notch, much like everything else in this game.
I've had no issues with cloak outside of times where I am noticeably lagging.
