@Lord_Dexter
Yeah, it's really not that simple to get away from.
@Forestd16b14_ESO
I was using Major Defile through Reverb Bash but it wasn't enough.

Dude, you don't need to give me PvP tips. I do know how to play. I was also slowed due to Lotus Fan. Edit: Sorry, that seemed a bit rude thanks for the tips, but don't worry
@Unsent.Soul
This is not the first time I have been annoyed by this set, just the first thread I made on it. I used this as a simple example as it shows how hit and miss the set can be.
@Lord_Dexter
I'm not saying to directly nerf it. Turning up the proc chance while slightly toning down the should keep it at a similar potency to what it was before.

Some say it's fine, some say it isn't, apparently both sides of the debate are "scrubs". I don't wear it anymore because I don't like exploits, perceived or otherwise, but I'd like to know if the set is working as ZOS intends rather than as other players think it should.

This .... I was thinking the same thing. I guess in OP's mind he feels he should have beat him both times but then I am sure the NB was saying to his self .....damn the DK was wearing ( X ) and I could not kill him that last time the first time my MAL proced and saved me....................

A friend was testing it last night. All okay, 1k healing ticks, them bam, there'd be a couple of 9k ticks. If this is working as intended, we need ZOS to say so, but it doesn't smell right.

Can your friend test again and make a vid of it
<snipage>
We need facts,
we need to demonstrate the issue with facts !
We need a vid from somebody wearing it with those high ticks
and those sudden high healing ticks, without the player using other heals, CANNOT come from the game mechanics of Malubeth as intended.
EDIT
and @ZOS_Finn , I think one of the posts is right, it starts about getting time that ZOS comes with a statement about a bug investigation on this set.

It wasn't an organized test, just reading through logs after fights.
If anyone on PC NA that is EP or AD wants to beat on my tank for a while to get some logged video, I will be happy to meet up with you and get some tests going.

Good idea
I am EP, so that should work.
I send you a message to get a time and a place
