Rewarding raid leads

✭Would like to suggest that there should be some sort of built in rewards for good raid leads. For the record I do not lead raids but I do recognize the added skill in both tactics and strategy, plus multi-tasking that it takes to be a raid lead. I've been very lucky to run with some very strong leads and let's face it, finding a guild with raid leads that align with your play style can make your PvP so much more fun and rewarding. And they do it day after day night after night. Seems to me that the game ought to have some mechanism for rewarding crown in successful groups - extra AP for successful takes or meeting coordinated goals with other groups or something. Not a reward for having crown but a reward for doing it well.
the best reward for any raidleader is the point were the last boss is killed! We celebrate the lead and are happy and would follow Him/her to eternity at that moment!0
