Simple IC quality of life improvement (Daily quests)

Part of my routine is to pick up all the Imperial City quests before heading out to do some PVP. To pick up all these quests you need to travel to each zone via the rope ladders in the IC base. So you have to zone 11 times to get them all at once. It would be so much easier if the quest NPC's were located right by the bank or even just had a notice board quest delivery system. It's a small change but would definitely help on quality of life.
