Game is boring.

Need more content and something exciting to do. The game is used up. Couldn't imagine being a PC player and having played through the same content even longer. More 4 man arenas, 2 man content, more challenging content please. Scaling old content is cool but people are bored with your game you need to step it up. I hope you do

Also PVP arenas and battlegrounds would be nice and would save your game.

So much doom and gloom! Some of us are having lots of fun and like the direction the new content has taken. I don't feel like the game needs saving, maybe you could take a couple of week's break if it's boring you so much - and then come back feeling better?

New content is coming, at a rate of about a new DLC ever 3 months. Just be a bit more patient

Eh I only play at night to jump around in circles. They say they'll come out with new content only to make us wait for it. Maelstrom arena is the only thing that has a lot of replay-ability

What kind of thread is this? LOL

If you find everything in ESO boring then you should probably stop playing it. I think this game is amazing.

The only saving ZOS truly needs to do to "save" their game relates to console performance, which is atrocious right now. It stops us from playing content normally.

But the content itself? Perfect. Couldn't ask for much more except to release what is already planned sooner (player housing and spellcrafting, anyone?) for us TES fans.

Stop the doom and gloom posting. -_-

Well, and Cyrodiil performance for PC. Actually the game in general needs a bit of optimization. Not sure if they have the staff to work on both at the same time though, and you can't really sell optimization packs, so I don't see things improving on that front sadly.

So it's pretty clear that they're already swamped coming out with new content (resulting in delays to maintaining and repairing current issues)... and you want them to churn out new content even faster?

This is why player bases are impossible to please. XD
    Living vicariously through my characters.

    My Girls:
"If you were trapped in your house for, say, a year, how would you pass the time?"

Nephikah the Houseless, dunmer assassin: "I suppose I could use the break. I have a lot of business holdings now that need management."
Swum-Many-Waters, elderly argonian healer: "I think that I would enjoy writing a memoir."
Silh'ki, khajiit warrior-chef: "Would this one be able to go outside, to the nearby river? It's hard to fish without water!"
Peregrine Huntress, bosmer hunter: "Who is forcing me to stay inside, and where can I find them?"
Lorenyawe, altmer mechanist: "And why would I want to go outside in the first place? Too much to be done in the workshop."
Lorelai Magpie, breton master thief: "I'd go nuts. Lucky for me, I have a little experience sneaking out!"
Rasheda the Burning Heart, redguard knight: "I would continue my training to keep my skills sharp."
Hex-Eye Azabi, khajiit daedric priestess: "I suppose it would be lucky, then, that I built a shrine to Mephala in my backyard."
Yngva Stormhammer, nord bandit (reformed...ish): "I hate being inside even when I'm not forced to be. GET. ME. OUT."
Madam Argentia, vampire dunmer aristocrat: "I suppose it would be more of the same. I have a rather... contentious relationship with the sun."
Mazie gra-Bolga, orc scout: "Uh... I'd have to house train my bear..."
Felicia the Wanderer, imperial witch-for-hire: "What Lorelai said."
Calico Jaka-dra, retired khajiit pirate: "This one would like a rest from her grand adventures. Her jewel shop runs out of stock!"
Shimmerbeam, blind altmer psijic: "Provided that I am confined to Artaeum, I do not think I will want for things to occupy my time."
Shauna Blackfire, redguard necromancer: "Sounds like paradise. I hate people."
Kirniel the Undying, cursed bosmer warrior: "I would feel useless, not being able to fight."
Echoes-from-Dragons, argonian who thinks she's a dragon: "All the better to count my hoard!"

(Signature idea shamelessly stolen from Abeille.)

I love the game. But it needs more group content that is challenging. The quests are very boring and the easiest thing in the world. Now all the dungeons are easy. For people that want to be challenged maelstrom over and over shouldn't be the only option.

Everyone wants more challenge, yet everyone cries about the champion points increasing by only 30 pts next patch. This is impossible to make it even for 501ers and like 80s... want a challenge? Go into vet dungeons with only half cp used. I know sounds dumb... but maybe you shouldnt focus your whole time on teso, and do something else from time to time

I know where you're coming from, me and my friends have reached a point where we've done everything pve related in the game (apart from vet maw) and repeating the same content for the 150th time is starting to get a bit tedious.

New endgame pve content, 4 man, 2 man, whatever, is desperately needed. The new dlc's are nice and all but the last 3 dlcs have largely been built around single player questing, I got bored of questing before I got my first character to vet 16.

Not really desperately needed.Well maybe for those that play a lot more than expected and dont give the game a break.

Cyrodiil performance will never be good if there are guilds/zergs playing :(

At least that's how I see it now. ZOS says they care, but it's mostly brushed to the side because to them:
    New Content/Crown Store > Bug fixes/Performance improvements

I've overlooked that in the wake of general PvE console performance though.

You can always hop onto a less populated server to PvP, but there is no safe haven from PvE lag when you need to run certain content. Maybe a Vet daily, or entering Wayrest.... or talking to an NPC.... or walking in an unpopulated zone..... or running vMA.... everything is a mess performance-wise on console atm.

My point is that the content itself is amazing, which is why we still play. Unfortunate that the state of the game is so terrible atm though from performance issues of all things.

I blazed through my first areas and wasn't following the story much but did it anyways, doing silver with AD and I've been following the quest story's more and they are actually quite good. Grahtwood has soon really good quests! Plus how can you complain for more content in a game of this size, it's gigantic!

Every game will eventually get boring over time, and not much we can do with it.
It's rather us to be blamed and our constantly growing expectations over time we explore game content deeper and deeper, we want more and more.

I can agree that the questing per alliance should be more interesting i.e. different.
To avoid situation when all my 8 characters are doing the same quests once reaching vet status.
This is boring and main con of this game in my opinion, even if it still has many pros.

What you guys need to do that want the more challenging content is to put together some 12 man groups, and start running the trials. The hardest content in game currently is Veteran Maw of Lorkhaj, and very few people have finished it.

Find a trials guild, and see how you fare there.

Need a new elder scrolls game to play. I've taking a huge step back from pve to focus more on pvp but the lag is so off putting. Weekly rotations in trials is just boring and up scaling dsa and the other trials just won't cut it either. Vmsa is a nightmare and just totally bugged with a *** RNG system. To be able to compete with high end guilds in raids pulling big numbers maelstrom weapons are hard to come by with this bshit

Now, now.. I can side with the OP on this a bit. What is this now.. my third or fourth month on ESO, hmmm. I've completed all the side and main quests within the first 3 weeks and then signed up for the monthly sub to get Wrothgar and the other 2 DLCs. I pretty much completed all the quests in Wrothgar and Hew's Bane within a week. So, for the last couple or few months, I've pretty much just been redoing all dailies, dolmens, dungeons, grinding during enlightenments, harvesting ores, mats and picking treasure chests over and over again for the XP to level up on CP. It has become a bit of a monotonous journey for me doing the same things over and over again everyday. Even though DB came about and took the monotony away for a few days or so, but the dailies in the Gold Coast have since been included in my daily grinds.

I guess what's keeping me around and keeps me going is my hunt to reach 501 CP. It's has been a long road coming from CP 1 to 450 where I am currently at now, and of course 51 more CPs to go. I'm not sure what the heck I'm going to do when I finally reach 501.. probably will no longer be interested in the daily grinds because I wouldn't need the XP any longer.. unless, the CP will be raised, as some are suggesting. Plus, it will be another 4-5 years until the next full ESO game comes out. Maybe finally my disinterest with PvP may go away, and that would be the thing to do for a while until the next DLC or wonders are released.
