Loot from IC dungeons

Do you get the same loot from mobs and mini bosses in normal imperial city prison or white gold tower as you would in Veteran?

I want my friend, a healer, to run so he can pick up Spell cure.

The gear sets are the same, only the normal versions drop CP150 items instead.

you can just do speed runs on normal to farm the Shackles and use them to open chests. The chests will drop cp160 loot......as long as you are cp160

Spell Power Cure is VWGT which is Easy As anyway. Takes us like 30 mins tops.

I don't remember since I have done normal only once, and a long time ago, but I think that only the last boss drops some Trophies for the vaults.
I can't imagine the amount of farm one would have to go through to complete a set using that method.

Yes I think you're right. I cannot recall for sure either but this sounds right.
