not many video games allow these name exist

if I make a character called "American" , and I do some crap in the game , people will say : "American is crap" when they talking about me

ZOS should ban these people for using A NATION as their name , OR at least force them change to another name ( which is a better choice)

AND zos should not allow anyone who use a Country name as their character name when creating new character

Americans' embrace everything we do, so your point is invalid. If America does something it is good by default. What we do defines good, therefore we can do no evil if we are Americans, and if someone is doing evil named America, they clearly aren't American. Like the angel in Barbarella, angels don't make love, angles are love.
