ESO+ is not a feature you turn on and off as you like from a previously purchased "pool".
When you cancel your membership, you basically cancel its automatic renewal, but it will remain active until it expires.

✭✭Of course it does. You had a long term sub and those are the days you had left from that. If you read what's written, it say "ESO plus days remaining".1
