Hi,

I'm a player from New Zealand who started out on the EU server. Recently I found out that I would have better ping on the NA server so I decided to switch (400+ ping in Cyrodiil was just ridiculous, I would get killed and not even see what happened).
Once I had downloaded the client I found out that none of the DLC or upgrades I had purchased when I played in EU were on my NA account. Is this how it's supposed to be? And if so, why?
It seems really unfair to me that I have to fork out the cash for even more crowns to buy *** for a second time.
Surely Crown Store items should be bound to your account, no matter what server you're on.

    Unfortunately that is normal:
Why can't I access my DLC on both ESO servers?

This is likely because when you make a Crown Store purchase, you are already logged in on a specific server, so the purchase is attached to that server. The only way to make a purchase account-wide, like ESO Plus, is to purchase while logged into the Account System rather than the game servers, and DLCs are not available through the Account System Store.

I agree with you that everything listed in the Crown Store as an "Account" upgrade should absolutely be account-wide and not server-bound, and ZOS should be making every effort to ensure that becomes the case. However, they may have decided not to pursue it, as not having the DLC account-wide is an incentive for someone who plays on both servers to buy ESO Plus instead.

To be fair of "account-wide" but "server specific" purchases, ZoS should give us same ammount of Crowns on both EU and NA servers because those was bought via site, not in-server crown store xD

Crowns are purchased on the Account System, so per my post above, they are account-wide, which is why there are not separate Crown pools for each server. And also because if there were, you'd be getting twice the value for paying once. The alternative here would be to server-bind the purchases of Crowns, so if you bought 3000 Crowns you'd have to choose immediately whether to put them on the NA or EU server. That would at least be consistent with how purchases from the Crown Store actually work.

Did you ever get any answer from ZoS about this, I have the same problem and they never answered any of my tickets regarding crow store purchases

From my understanding nothing ever changed, everything you purchase for crowns is server bound and not account bound.

I've not heard ZOS make comments of plans to change that either sadly.
