Skill point question

Hi there! I'm trying to get all the skill points in the game! I just need one of two bits of information

1. A way to see what skill points are in the game so I can compare

2. At the very least the exact number of skill points available in the game total at the moment

The following are the ways to ensure you get every skill point in the game:

1. Take the book from Uncle Sheo.
2. Find every Skyshard in your Journal, including the "special" one atop that mountain in EP side of Cyrodiil.
3. Become a Grand Overlord (Alliance War Rank 50).
4. Do every Quest in the game, to make sure you didn't miss any that give Skill Points.
5. Reach Lv50.

350+ with each new DLC the number goes up.

Pretty sure current max is 381.

I think 381 is the total number of skyshards I'm looking for the total number of skill points
