Here's some basic math assuming 40k Stamina Pool and 100% uptime on a target to show you a few different ways you can look at this:
Live Adrenaline Rush:
1200 Stamina / 3 sec
Equivalent to 800 Stamina Recovery
Patch 2.5 Adrenaline Rush:
1200 Stamina / 5 sec
Equivalent to 480 Stamina Recovery
Live Adrenaline Rush: 1200 Stamina / 3 sec = 400 Stamina / 1 sec = 800 Stamina Recovery
Patch 2.5 Adrenaline Rush: 1200 Stamina / 5 sec = 240 Stamina / 1 sec = 480 Stamina Recovery

Eric's view of the classes is that Khajiit are the best Stamina damage race, Redguards are the best Stamina regen race, and Bosmer are 'supposed to be' in-between... which is why the new 3% increase of Max Stamina, to actually put them in that spot.

Eric's view changes day to day , that's the problem . It obviously wasn't his view when he first started .

Eh, most all of these upcoming changes are actually going in the right direction - why are people upset?
Khajiit, best PvE stam race in the game won't become even better (still, would be nice to see them get something like crit resistance as extra bonus, as they're still a little behind bosmers when it comes to PvP viability)
Bosmer, one of the worst PvE races in the game gets better
Redguard, best PvP stam race gets scaled down (still gets 400~ worth of regen from Adrenaline Rush)
What's the matter?

Cos people like broken builds that stack 40k max stam and get free 800 stam regen lol.... This change to redguard is much much needed. 800 stam regen for stacking max stam is an insane bonus to PvP. Bosmer even with 21% stam regen would have needed about 3.8k stam regen to get that 800 bonus lol. Not to mention redguard already gets a 10% max stam and 9% recovery to boot.
