How do people get into stealth quickly? (pvp)

So I just tried PVP in the Sewers and I noticed enemies when getting attacked would easily go back into stealth and run away with ease. How do they do this?. I'm also a nightblade. Am I missing something?. They would go stealth and have some super speed (not assault skill) on them.

    Tl;dr really weigh the fun you have in game vs the business practices you are supporting.

    Another option would be dark cloak + double take + veiled strike.

    Also useful for getting out of the way of an open world zerg, especially if you aren't a vamp.

    Shadow cloak , conceded weapon on bar 5 prices night silence armor and cp points to help stealth
